We will provide proofs for our customers to review and approve before we produce/engrave final item.  This will ensure highest quality and accuracy.   

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order give us a call at 502-612-5533 or email us engravingdesigns@gmail.com.  

All Creative Engraving Designs, LLC products are sold "as-is."  The exception will be any mistakes made by Creative Engraving Designs,LLC.   Those items will be replaced, No questions asked – that is our commitment to our valued customers.                                 

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
